NO THIRD PARTY BOOKING UNLESS IT'S FOR A CHILD.

The shop address will be listed in the confirmation email. ​

 Safety Guidelines:

​

1.NO FOOD IS ALLOWED, ONLY DRINKS.Snacks are fine for longer services.​

​

2. Cash and debit/credit cards are accepted for the remaining balance of your service. PLEASE make sure to book the correct service.

3. NO ADDITIONAL GUEST ALLOWED.

POLICIES

​​

• DEPOSITS:​ A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required for all booking services. You must pay a deposit of $30 in order for your appointment to be secured. Depending on the service, the deposit may be higher. The deposit goes towards your service.

• Remaining balance must be paid with CASH or DEBIT/CREDIT CARD,ZELLE and PAYPAL.

• ANY CARD TRANSACTIONS WILL BE $5 EXTRA.

NO CASH APP.   

(If you cancel your appointment ,you forfeit your deposit. )

• I do not offer services to the children under the age of 5. Sorry.

• Parents with children who are being serviced must drop them off. I'll call when the service is almost complete.

• BOOKING: When booking more than one service make sure to book them separately or write down in the note section for add on service. Booking incorrectly can lead to limited services or appointment cancellations. If you don't see your desired service DO NOT book a random service. PLEASE CALL, DO NOT TEXT if you have questioning about a service.

• RESCHEDULING: You are responsible for rescheduling your appointment up to 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling can be done using your confirmation email or you can send a text. You are allowed one rescheduled appointment with your original deposit. After your first reschedule you will need to submit a deposit for any appointment. If you reschedule within 48 hours you will have to put down a new deposit.

• LATE FEE POLICY:  Please be courteous of others time and leave early enough to arrive to your appointment on time. I WILL NOTIFY YOU IF I AM RUNNING BEHIND.

• If you are 15 minutes late a $20 late fee will be added to your total. There is NO guarantee that I will be able to service you.  There is a no show policy. If you are a no show you wont be able to book without paying for the service up front.

• LOCS: For LOC EXTENSIONS, INSTANT LOCS, WICKS, LOC REPAIR, COLORING, YOU MUST book a consultation first.  For LOC EXTENSIONS, EXTENSIONS MUST BE NEW. I WILL NOT RE USE OLD LOCS FOR REATTACHMENTS.

• DETANGLING FEE: PLEASE DO NOT COME WITH KNOTTED HAIR OR HAIR THAT HAS NOT BEEN COMBED THROUGH AFTER BRAIDS, SEW-INS, ETC. This may cause time to run over into other appointments. There will be an additional fee of $25 per hour to detangle.

• Cancellation Policy: Please try to cancel 24 - 48 hours before appointment. Cancelling or rescheduling within a 12 hour mark will result in full payment of your next service that is booked . You can text me @ 504-460-5388 to cancel or you can cancel through your confirmation email. If you are a no show you wont be able to book without paying for the service up front for future appointments.

• NO RUSH POLICY: Please DO NOT book your appointment on a time sensitive day. I strive to provide each client with a "worry free" experience and I do not rush any services.
